At Health 210, we believe wellness is personal. That’s why Thrive 210 pairs certified nutrition coaches and personal trainers with you for a guided 12-week program, integrating holistic nutrition, tailored workouts, and wraparound support. At the end of the program, you will receive 12 additional weeks of continued support and accountability at no cost to you. 


Program Structure 

Phase 1: Weekly visits to build momentum, set personalized goals, and establish nutrition and workout routines. 

Phase 2: Bi-weekly visits to track progress, refine strategies, and build confidence and independence. 

Phase 3: Monthly visits for ongoing accountability, habit integration, and long-term success.


Comprehensive Root Cause Analysis 

  • Thrive 210 includes the most comprehensive health workup designed to uncover the root causes of your health concerns: 
  • Advanced bloodwork and hormone testing 
  • Comprehensive metabolic panel, nutritional deficiencies, electrolytes, kidney and liver function, and hormones (thyroid, sex hormones) 
  • Full body imaging and composition analysis 
  • Neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular assessments 
  • Complimentary psychological assessment 
  • Physical therapy session (if needed)

Wraparound Coaching 

  • Weekly fitness and nutrition assignments conveniently delivered directly to you, wellness support, and coach communication at your fingertips. 

Medical Integration 

  • Coordination with medical providers and in-house lab work and integration of findings directly into your plan, ensuring your program aligns with any existing health conditions or treatments. 

Personalized Care 

  • Supplement recommendations based on clinical need, making adjustments to your plan to ft your unique biology and lifestyle. 

Meet Your Team

Paige Wood, NASM-CPT, NASM-CNC

Paige graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Focus: Fitness and nutrition coaching, lifestyle optimization and wellness support, cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and recovery.

Passion: Anything outdoors (especially running!)

Uzair Mushtaq, MD

Dr. Mushtaq is a double board certified internal medicine doctor with fellowship training in obesity and metabolic medicine.

Focus: Health restoration, metabolic and hormone optimization, functional health, and longevity.

Passion: Decreasing the amount of medicine people need to take.

Stephanie Badeaux, NASM-CPT, NASM-CNC

Stephanie graduated from the Midland College of Business Management. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Focus: Bodybuilding, post injury training, weight loss, holistic nutrition, and wellness coaching.

Passion: Family and weightlifting.
